Compliance Information
It is the therapist goal to provide the best and most satisfactory services to her clients at all times. Any issues that might arise can be addressed directly with the therapist so that she and the client can work towards a resolution. However, in the event that a satisfactory resolution has not been reached, the client has the right to seek further assistance. In compliance with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, the following information can be used for filing a report, if needed.

Record Request:
Records are retained for 7 years after the client was last seen. Clients have a right to request their client records at any time. Administrative fees may apply. To request records, send a written request to kristinwright@bluebonnetcounselingtx.com
